I can not believe I didn't write about Showtime's Dexter yet! I've been hooked on the show ever since my cousin told me about it last September. It's absolutely amazing! But don't take a lonely bloggers word for it... watch it for yourself on Showtime.

Anyway, I'm still on my second semester of college, working for Taco Bell, and living life, I suppose. I recently saw Alice in Wonderland. Though I hardly remember it due to the fact that I fell asleep for a good third of the film. Yeah, it was awful. But hey, I got to see the *awesome* trailer for TRON Legacy. That looks like a good film. I've got to watch the original TRON sometime.

That about wraps it up. Thanks for reading, and see yeah next time! :-)

Ugh... What a Day!

Today was VERY tiring at Taco Bell... but hey, I get paid for it. Speaking of Taco Bell, the company is going to start selling... get ready for it... shrimp tacos. Ugh, I know! It sounds utterly disgusting and revolting. Hopefully, the food creation department made a delicious concoction that tastes much better than what it is.

College is going well. I already had the first couple Precalculus and Economics exams, which weren't that bad. In terms of my family, my brother's birthday is tomorrow. That's really cool... especially since he's turning 13! I forget being that age... it seems, like, forever ago. Along with my gift, I'll probably post something here tomorrow for his birthday.

Anyway, that's all I want to divulge right now. Thanks for reading! :-)

Snow!!

Another icy cold blizzard in the suburbs of Philadelphia within two months... amazing! I'm supposed to work @ Taco Bell in the morning, but I'm afraid we might not get a lot of customers. College is starting to get a little hectic, but I think I can handle it. My intro to computer science class is awesome! I think that I will love learning about (and pursuing) this profession. Well, I'm just going to cut this short for now. See yeah later!

Oh, and the picture above is not my town. Bing is such a great decision engine. ;-)

Goodbye Mr. "Taco" Bell!

What a sad day. Glenn Bell, the founder of Taco Bell (of which, I am an employee), died. Taco Bell created a pretty good memorial website for him. What not visit their website? Though he has not been the president of the company for quite some time, he did create such a diverse fast food restaurant.

Alright, to something a bit less grim... college is back in session. Well, it started last Friday, but there was a three day weekend right after. My spring semester schedule consists of Precalculus, Computer Science, English, and Microeconomics. The timing of the schedule is strangely similar to my fall semester. Economics is three days a week... the same as history last semester. English is on Tuesday... just like last semester. Interesting. Conspiracy, much?

Back to Taco Bell stuff, one of my bosses has been promoted and will be moving to a new location. So basically, after the death of Glenn Bell, it's been a sad work week. Even college back in session is kind of sad...

But the weeks ahead should improve. See yeah next time!

I'm too afraid to sleep!

I just saw the terrifying film Paranormal Activity an hour ago. It really scared the sh*t out of me. So much so that I can't sleep, even though I want to. I won't spoil too much of the movie, but there was this one scene that REALLY just shocked and scared me the most. During the night, a mysterious entity pushed the covers and dragged... literally, dragged... one of the main characters out of the bed. Obviously, she woke up when she fell on the floor, but she was still being dragged into another room.

F*cking freaky! To be frank, that wasn't the only incident that scared me, but I don't want to ruin your experience any more than I had.

In order to talk about something more normal, I have the first history exam later today... of which, I am fully prepared. Plus,  tomorrow, I have work @ Taco Bell.

That's all I have to say right now. I'm just going to study some more for my exam, maybe play some Sims for a little while. I'm trying to keep myself occupied, so I don't fall asleep. I really don't want to be dragged down the hallway in the middle of the night by a mysterious demon.

Talk to yeah next time!

Zombies... and Taco Bell?!

Man, I haven't really been keeping up with this blog. Sure, I've had plenty of paid blog posts recently, but personal updates, the "Movie of the Day" posts, and tech news information have been few and far inbetween. But hopefully this will provide an up-to-date view of my life so far!

I saw Zombieland last night. It's actually really good, though towards the end, it feels odd; like it shouldn't end or something. Just saying... there were a few parts in the movie that geniunly scared me. You know those "sudden" moments when a character... pops out at... BOO! Scared yeah? No? I guess a blog post isn't a good way to instigate horror.

Steady weekend hours at my job. Five hours a week, at minimum wage, isn't too bad. I mean, that's about $120 a month, or $1,440/year. Sure, it's not great, but it's a nice, easy job. Maybe after the holidays, I'll look for another job that pays more. In the mean time, Taco Bell es vida! :-)

If you've been following Amazon's continuing development of the Kindle gadgets, then you probably know about the new Kindle that's coming this fall. It will feature AT&T's wireless technology to instantly download books from their store on the Kindle. This will allow the Kindle to be sold outside the United States, which is very nice, especially for business people who travel...

I'm just kidding! It's great for every person worldwide who loves the idea of carrying their entire book collection on a super-thin device that's readable without eye strain.

Well, that about wraps it up. I'll try to post more regularly! Until next time... see yeah!
